Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms," "TOS") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," "You") and Ukil Bari Limited ("Ukil Bari," "Platform," "We," "Us"). Ukil Bari Limited is a TECHNOLOGY SERVICE PROVIDER that operates telecommunications and digital infrastructure to connect Users with independent, licensed Advocates registered with the Bangladesh Bar Council. Ukil Bari's role is comparable to a telecommunications service provider that enables communication without participating in or influencing the content of such communications. WE DO NOT: Provide legal advice, legal representation, practice law, employ/supervise Advocates, solicit clients, or share in fees charged by Advocates. এই সেবার শর্তাবলী ("শর্তাবলী," "TOS") আপনার ("ব্যবহারকারী," "গ্রাহক," "আপনি") এবং উকিল বাড়ি লিমিটেড ("উকিল বাড়ি," "প্ল্যাটফর্ম," "আমরা," "আমাদের") মধ্যে একটি আইনত বাধ্যতামূলক চুক্তি। উকিল বাড়ি লিমিটেড একটি প্রযুক্তি সেবা প্রদানকারী (TECHNOLOGY SERVICE PROVIDER) প্রতিষ্ঠান। আমরা যা করি না: আইনি পরামর্শ বা আইনি সেবা প্রদান, আইনি প্রতিনিধিত্ব প্রদান, যেকোনো রূপে আইন পেশা পরিচালনা করা, উকিলদের নিয়োগ বা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা, কোনো উকিলের পক্ষে মক্কেল সংগ্রহ, বা উকিলদের আইনি পরামর্শ সেবার ফিতে ভাগ বসানো।
